Privacy policy

What we collect

• Contact and brief details you submit via the wizard or contact form (name, email, phone, company, project answers).
• Account data for invited clients and operators (email, name, organization membership).
• Project collaboration content you choose to share (messages, files, invoice metadata).
• Payment-related metadata when you pay an invoice online (Stripe processes card details; we store invoice status and Stripe transaction identifiers, not card numbers).
• Technical logs needed to operate the service (IP for optional admin allowlists, auth session identifiers).

How we use it

We use this data to respond to inquiries, deliver projects, operate the portal, send transactional email (invites, invoices, messages), process invoice payments, schedule meetings when Calendar is connected, and secure the service. We do not sell personal data.

Processors

We use first-party authentication (email/password and optional authenticator-app 2FA), Hostinger Mail (transactional email), Hostinger MySQL (database), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Stripe (card checkout for invoices when enabled), and Google Calendar API (optional meeting scheduling and Google Meet links when an operator connects Calendar). Each processor acts under our instructions.

Cookies & local storage

We use essential session cookies on the portal and admin apps (httpOnly) so you stay signed in, and language preference storage on the marketing site (EN/LT). We do not use advertising trackers on the marketing site. Signing out revokes the server session; clearing browser storage resets language preference. Blocking essential cookies will prevent portal and admin sign-in from working.

Retention & rights

We keep project and account data while the engagement is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting needs. Contact contact@manweba.com to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
