About these terms
These terms cover use of the Manweba marketing website, project wizard, and related public forms. Paid client work and portal collaboration are governed by the services agreement you sign in the client portal (and issued invoices), which prevails for that engagement.
Who we are
Manweba provides design and engineering services. Contact: contact@manweba.com.
Website and wizard
You may browse the site and submit a brief or contact request. Provide accurate information. We may decline work that is a poor fit. Submitting a brief does not create a binding contract until a services agreement is signed and work is confirmed.
Accounts and portal
The client portal is invite-only. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Do not share access with unauthorized parties.
Intellectual property
Marketing site content, branding, and software remain Manweba’s unless otherwise agreed. Custom deliverables for a project follow the ownership terms in your signed services agreement (typically after full payment for that deliverable).
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or portal (abuse, unauthorized access attempts, malware, scraping that harms the service, or unlawful content). We may suspend access for abuse or security risk.
Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy policy.
Payments and cancellation
Fees, deposits, termination, and refunds for project work are described in Payment & cancellation and in your signed services agreement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Manweba is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the public website. Project liability is limited as stated in the signed services agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the public site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for website use.
